Return & Exchange Policy – Invitation House

At Invitation House, we take pride in creating personalized stationery, invitations, journals, jotter holders, pens, and other custom products designed just for you. Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized or monogrammed products, unless there was an error on our part.

If your order arrives with an error caused by Invitation House, we will gladly reprint the item at no charge or process a refund upon return of the product. These cases are handled individually by Invitation House.

If the mistake was part of the information you originally submitted (such as names, dates, spelling, ink colors, liner colors, or typefaces), we cannot issue a refund. However, we are happy to offer a discounted reprint of your order, the cost of which will be determined upon review.

Please Note:

  • Before submitting your order, carefully review your online preview and confirm all details for spelling, grammar, colors, and styles.

  • Invitation House is not responsible for errors in personalization that are provided incorrectly by the customer.

  • Once an order has been approved and sent to production, changes cannot be made.
